Gan Bamidbar. As our Shalom Club has grown, so has Gan Bamidbar. They successfully weathered the Covid
    pandemic utilizing Zoom for online services. They have outgrown the capacity of most of their members’ houses
    for conducting services, and they will soon be holding in-person services on a trial basis at the Vistancia
    Elementary School. 80+ people have opted to support this effort. Most members of Gan Bamidbar are also members of the Shalom Club.

    The time has come to decide whether Gan Bamidbar should be incorporated as a committee under the umbrella
    of the Shalom Club, giving members the opportunity to participate if they choose to do so. Gan Bamidbar would
    retain its name and keep its identity as a Chavurah type group. Gan Bamidbar would continue to hold monthly
    Shabbat services and High Holiday services, and would have full committee status to organize and implement its
    events. As with all other committees, members will have the option to participate or not. Gan Bamidbar will
    collect fees from members who attend their activities, as do our other committees, to support their
    expenses. Those who choose to attend their activities will need to be members of the Shalom Club in
    order to participate. Those who are not members of the Shalom Club will be welcome to attend services,
    but they will be required to pay non-member fees to attend.

    We are sending you one question only in our survey which will be sent to you separately after this email. The
    answer by majority opinion will decide whether an incorporation of Gan Bamidbar into the Shalom Club should go forward and be finalized. Please send your vote through our survey document only. Please respond no
    later than Sunday December 26, 2021 with your vote.
